The figures you enter into our V1 tools are processed in your browser. We do not design these tools to transmit or store your answers on our servers.
Server and security logs
Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request information, browser data and security logs. These records are used for site delivery, security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
Analytics
We intend to measure aggregate site usage so that we can understand which pages and tools are useful. V1 does not require advertising cookies. If we introduce non-essential analytics or tracking that requires consent, we will update this notice and the cookie controls before enabling it.
If you email us, we will receive the information you choose to send. Do not email creditor account numbers, bank details, medical information or other sensitive material unless it is genuinely necessary for your enquiry.
Lead generation
At launch, we do not sell your personal information to debt solution providers and we do not operate a commercial lead-transfer form. If that changes, a specific privacy and consent process will be introduced before any data transfer takes place.
Your rights
UK data protection law provides rights that can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, depending on the circumstances. You can contact us using the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Retention
Email correspondence and necessary operational logs are kept only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which they are held, legal obligations, security and legitimate business record keeping.
Changes
